Are my protein shakes considered "ultra-processed" food? 2026 Robert Kennedy, Jr. emphasizes reducing processed foods for better health. Ironically, my significant diet of protein shakes provides ultra-processing liquids with added vitamins and minerals to maintain my strength and overall health. Are all the ingredients healthy?
