Arrested

November 16th, 2021 after a new roof was built for my house, Chris began to video-record me yelling at him to 'get a job', 'help clean house', 'help me pay bills' and 'clean up trash' in the yard. I grew angry and slapped the phone from his hand. He immediately hit me with a left hook that broke my glasses, scratched my right cornea and bruised my left forehead knocking me across the room. I got up and went to glue my spectacles back together. I ignored him.

A few minutes later I went outside and Vickie locked me out. Her car was left unlocked so I got in and began beeping the horn.

I stopped after five minutes and sat back to breathe and relax. A Deputy appeared beside the car and asked how I was doing. I told him I was trying to calm down.

He then went inside where Chris showed him the video and claimed he "pushed me away" when I swatted the phone. My injury was not yet apparent. The Deputy came outside and put me under arrest for battery.

Is it unreasonable for me to demand my 40 year old son (homeless)...

to limit his friends access to my home? Some have ripped me off, some have been trustworthy. When he (Chris) passes out, he is of no use as home security.

It took me a year and a half to create a man cave in my garage. Free stuff: computer, amplifier, speakers, wired to my needs. I gave my son my man cave. It took me a year and a half to get over it.

The States' Governors screwed up

When the WHO declared COVID-19 a global pandemic on March 11, 2020, the Trump administration and all 50 states followed with emergency declarations, enacting extraordinary social distancing restrictions to slow  the spread of the virus: mass stay-at-home orders, school and business closures, bans on large public gatherings, travel restrictions and mask-wearing requirements.

“Let me assure you: We’ve never seen anything like this ever in U.S. history,”

Libertarians, conservatives and many ordinary Americans denounced them as an assault on civil liberties such as freedoms of assembly and worship.

In general, the measures did not involve governmental overreach. No blanket closures of businesses and schools were undertaken. Nor was a national lockdown or a ban on interstate travel imposed.

In the United States, while the federal government wields enormous emergency authorities, the power to regulate public safety and health rests with state and local authorities.

As the COVID-19 lockdown began to decrease revenue in all industrial areas state governors began to allow more business.

MacPro 3,1

A dear friend donated a desktop to my hobby of maintaining old computers. It is twelve years old and my very first Apple. Sadly (just our luck) the power unit failed after two weeks.

He included powered speakers . . .

Twenty twenty one.

 A rare photograph:

Ronald, Christian and Joshua in my backyard posing politely for my picture. For five years Joshua has been in Texas. He now considers himself a Texan.
